About Martina Feldmann
Martina Feldmann studied clarinet and recorder in Berlin. Since 1986 she has been recorder teacher at the Hans-Werner-Henze Music School in Marzahn-Hellersdorf - since 2004 as deputy head – and in this time has initiated numerous music school projects as well as a school exchange each with Hungary, Spain, Finland and England. From 1990 to 2005, she directed the recorder ensemble Pfiffikus which also took part in the performance of Hans Werner Henze's children's opera Pollicino. In 2005 she played a crucial role in the foundation of the Marzahn-Hellersdorf Youth Symphony Orchestra whose organizational director she was from 2005-2009. She performs regularly as member of the recorder quartet Windpipe and thus widens her experience of chamber music.Products
