About Susanne Ehrhardt
Susanne Ehrhardt studied clarinet and recorder at the Berlin Hochschule für Musik 'Hanns Eisler'. At the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague she took a diploma in historical clarinet. For more than 18 years she has taught recorder classes at the Berlin Hochschule für Musik 'Hanns Eisler' and since 2004 has also taught at the Academy of Lausitz where she was appointed professor of recorder, clarinet and their historical predecessors in 2007. She was a finalist of the ARD Recorder Competition which takes place only every ten years. With her clarinet trio Die Gassenhauer she won a prize at the International Competition Musica Antiqua in Bruges. Susanne Ehrhardt performs as a soloist at major concert halls throughout the world and has released numerous CD recordings.Products
