American conductor Brad Lubman is internationally known for his versatility, precise technique and commitment to music from the classical repertoire to the present day. He has appeared with orchestras including the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Orchestre de Paris, NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, BBC Sym phony Orchestra, Munich Philharmonic and New York Philharmonic. Contempo rary music is a central focus of his work; he regularly collaborates with ensembles such as Ensemble Modern, Klangforum Wien, Ensemble Musikfabrik, Ensemble intercontemporain and Steve Reich and Musicians. With the New York-based Ensemble Signal, which he co-founded, he has realized numerous projects. Lubman is Professor of Conducting and Ensemble at the Eastman School of Music.
