Description

At the invitation of pianist and Artistic Director Lars Vogt, Huw Watkins will be Composer in Residence at the 2011 Heimbach Festival. As part of the residency, Watkins has been commissioned to write a new work for viola, clarinet and piano. Other works to be performed during the festival include the recent Trio for horn, violin and piano and Suite for harp.
