About Yannick Wittmann
Yannick Wittmann is conductor at the Deutsches Theater Berlin, conducts the chamber choir JEUNESSE Berlin and works as a lecturer for choral conducting at the Landesmusikrat Berlin. He completed his Master's degree in choral conducting at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin top marks. He studied with Justin Doyle and Tobias Walenciak and, during that time, conducted the RIAS Kammerchor and Vocalconsort Berlin several times. His pieces have been performed at the Berlin Philharmonic and various choir competitions, and the chamber choir of the Collegium Musicum Berlin won the German Choir Championships in 2022 with two pieces by Wittmann in their programme.
