About Stefan Langbein
Stefan Langbein was born in 1983. His first musical experiences were on the trumpet at the age of nine, but he switched to trombone in 1996. In the course of the years, he moved from the music school at Schloss Belvedere in Weimar (where he studied with Thomas Schneider) to the "Hanns Eisler" Music Hochschule in Berlin (where his teacher was Olaf Ott). Stefan Langbein has always sought to enlarge his orchestra experience with various other engagements. He was the solo trombone with the North German Philharmonic in Rostock, the Mecklenburg Staatskapelle in Schwerin, as well as the Liepaja Symphony Orchestra in Latvia. Since September of 2010, Stefan Langbein has been the solo trombone with the Dresden Philharmonic.Products
