About Csaba Kelemen

Csaba Kelemen was born Szolnok, Hungary, in 1968. His other important teachers have been Jerome Callet, Malte Burba, and Tobias Füller.
In 1990 and 1991, Kelemen toured with the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra as solo trumpet under the direction of Claudio Abbado. Kelemen has been a member of the Dresden Philharmonic since 1991. From 1993 to 1997, he was a member of the Dresden Philharmonic Brass Quintet and has been solo trumpet with the Musica Viva Ensemble in Dresden since 1994. He has participated as a substitute with the Berlin Philharmonic, the Staatskapelle Dresden, and the MDR Symphony Orchestra in Leipzig.
