Description
This work is constructed around ten-part chords composed in progressions of perfect fifths which I term as light chords. Although I have taken my inspiration from the Kabbalistic concept of Sephiroth, the ten emanations of primordial light, this composition is not based on a specific programme and retains an abstract quality. The incessant flickering of the harmony and exuberant liveliness of the chords are expressed through the virtuoso style of the piano part sounding across the entire width of its spectrum.
