About Sabine Akiko Ahrendt
Sabine Akiko Ahrendt, born 1980 in Rüsselsheim, studied in Berlin, Hannover and Budapest. Ahrendt gathered key experience through ensemble academies with ensemble recherche and Ensemble Modern. During the Darmstadt Ferienkurse für Neue Musik 2006 she was awarded the Kranichstein prize. She has played at several international festivals with Ensemble Modern, Ensemble Resonanz, Ensemble musikFabrik, ascolta as well as a performer with different groups. She played as a member with the Neues Ensemble Hannover and of Ensemble Linea (Strasbourg) as well as founding member of radikaltranslation and Ensemble PRAESENZ. In 2011 Sabine Akiko Ahrendt became violinist of Ensemble Contrechamps in Geneva.Products
