Deux entreacts tragiques
von Richard Wagner (1832)
orchestriert von Henk de Vlieger
These two entr’actes composed by Richard Wagner at the tender age of eighteen were presumably intended to be interspersed between the acts of Ernst Benjamin Salomo Raupach’s tragedy König Enzio, but the young composer abandoned his unfinished orchestration. With the aid of all available sources, Henk de Vlieger has produced the only performable version of these works.
