Combining a text by Charles Anthony Silvestri with syllables inspired by the song tradition (joik) of the Sami people in Scandinavia, Sing the earth is a tribute to our common home, the earth, as well as to music and the different musical traditions and cultures around the world. Upbeat, syncopated and celebratory outer sections sandwich a slower, more contemplative middle section, which describes the beauty of our planet. A showstopper piece which will be enjoyed by singers and listeners alike.
