TrioCoriolis consists of Heather Cottrell (violin), Klaus-Peter Werani (viola), and Hanno Simons (violoncello), all of whom are members of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra. Having studied with Igor Ozim, Ana Chumachenco, Kurt Guntner, Walter Nothas, and Martin Ostertag at the music universities in Vienna, Cologne, Karlsruhe, and Munich, they played with the Symphony Orchestra in Basel, the Tonhalle Orchestra in Zurich, the musikFabrik in Cologne, and the Philharmonic Staatsorchester in Hamburg before moving to Munich.
