Description
Sigi Schwab's musical spectrum ranges from the Baroque period to the present time. In his artistic career of six and a half decades, there have been several stylistic changes which are also reflected in this songbook: from early jazz standards of the post-war period to the incredible melodic power of the Beatles or Michael Jackson. During those years Sigi Schwab developed a personal canon of playing material that was strongly influenced by the European tradition of music-making but also by influences from Indian, African and Far Eastern music. This book contains his best-known and most personal compositions.
