The Sinfonie da Camera a Tre Istromenti, published in an unabridged, critically revised edition for the first time here, can be placed (together with the Sonate XII di Violino e Basso) at the centre of Nicolò Porpora's instrumental production, which was not copious, but was well thought out and generally of high quality.
