Description
(age 8-9): In this fifth book of the series, the programme for Year 4 is structured similarly to that of Year 3. Designed to consolidate and extend skills, knowledge and understanding, again there is a particular emphasis on skills acquisition. Attuned to the range of National Curriculum experiences, particular features of this book are: the progressive development of vokal and instrumental techniques, a module focusing on a structured approach to reading and writing music, knowledge and understanding of music placed in an historical context, a musical production.
