BLÄSERKLASSE KLASSIK is the ideal playing material to give your wind class or beginner wind orchestra its first classical repertoire. The successful arrangements, which increase in level, introduce young musicians to a wide range of well-known classical masterpieces. The chronological and thematic arc ranges from Tylman Susato to George Gershwin and from instrumental works to opera, oratorio and song. The pieces have been arranged so that they correspond exactly to the learning progressions in volumes 1 and 2 of ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS, the complete method for teaching music in schools and wind orchestras, but can also be used independently.
