Description
Paul Hindemith composed an extremely intense and diverting orchestral work in the style of a tripartite Italian overture. His inspiration originated from the famous fresco by Raphael “La storia di Amore e Psiche” in the Villa Farnesina in the Roman district of Trasteverde.
