Terms and Conditions Schott Music GmbH & Co.KG prizedraw

The prizedraw is organized by Schott Music GmbH & Co.KG. Eligible to participate is any natural person who has reached the age of 18. Employees of Schott Music GmbH & Co.KG ("Schott") and their relatives are excluded from participation.

The giveaway starts on 12.07.2023; the deadline for participation is 21.07.2023 at 23:59. Late entries cannot be considered.

Participation in the draw is only permitted through the personal entry of the participant. Participation through automated procedures (e.g., through giveaway clubs or giveaway service providers) is not allowed. In these cases and in the event of violations of the participation conditions or manipulation, Schott reserves the right to exclude the respective participant.

Multiple comments by the same user and/or the same person will be considered as one entry in the giveaway. The winner will be randomly selected among all comments. Legal recourse is excluded. Schott collects and stores the "Instagram names" of all participants until the drawing in order to determine the winners. In order to send the prizes to the winners, address data and real names will also be collected and stored. All participants have the legal right to access this information.

Prize Description

There are three €25 vouchers for the Schott Music Online Shop to be won. The winners will be directly notified via direct message after the giveaway or through the announcement of the winner in the comments by Schott. They will be requested to provide Schott with their real name and address via Instagram direct message for the purpose of prize delivery. If a winner fails to contact Schott independently by 04.08.2023 at 23:59, the prize will be forfeited, and the winner will lose their entitlement to receive the prize. The announcement of the winners is without guarantee.

Only one prize is possible per participant, which cannot be alternatively paid out in cash. Claims to the prize are not transferable to other persons. With the handover of the prize, Schott is released from all obligations. Schott is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of legal or material obligations.

Premature Termination of the prize draw

Schott reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. Schott will make use of this possibility, in particular, if a proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, Schott may demand compensation for the resulting damage from that person.

Applicable Law; Severability Clause; Right to Modify

These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Schott are exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If individual provisions of the terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Incomplete or ineffective provisions shall be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another reasonable regulation is found which economically comes closest to the purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision.

No Involvement of Instagram in the prize draw

The prize draw is not affiliated with Instagram and is not supported, accompanied, or controlled by Facebook/Instagram in any way. The recipient of the provided information is not Facebook/Instagram but Schott. Therefore, any questions, comments, or complaints should not be directed to Facebook/Instagram but to Schott. Participation does not create any claims against Facebook/Instagram.
