Terms and Conditions of Schott Music GmbH & Co. KG
The prize draw is launched by Schott Music GmbH & Co KG. Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to enter the prize draw. Employees of Schott Music GmbH & Co. KG ("Schott") and their relatives are excluded from entering.
The prize draw will begin on 01.07.2022 at 00:00 hrs; the closing date for entries is 31.07.2022 at 23:59 hrs. Entries received before or after this time will not be considered.
The prize draw questions will be published on the Schott Music homepage during the entry period. The prize draw is entered by correctly answering these three questions.
The procedure is as follows:
- The prize draw is entered on the Schott homepage by correctly answering the three questions and filling in the contact form.
- Five winners will be drawn from all correct entries.
- The first two winners will receive an Apple iPad 10 (9th generation), the next three will receive a voucher for € 100 each for the online shop of Schott Music GmbH & Co KG.
- Winners will be informed of their prize by e-mail and asked to send their contact details to Schott Music GmbH & Co. KG for the purpose of handing over the prize.
Participation in the prize draw is only permitted by personal entry of the participant. Participation via automated procedures (e. g. via lottery clubs or lottery service providers) is not permitted. Schott reserves the right to exclude the participant in question in such cases and in the event of violations of the entry conditions or manipulation.
Several answer forms from the same person will be counted as one entry into the prize draw. The winners will be drawn from all correct entries and will be notified by e-mail. They will be asked to send their postal address to the Schott Music Social Media Team. Schott will record and store the e-mail data of all participants until the draw has taken place for the purpose of determining the winners. In order to send the prizes to the winners, address data and real names of the winners will also be collected and stored. These data will only be used to send the prizes to the winners and will be deleted afterwards. Legal recourse is excluded in this respect. All participants are entitled to the statutory rights to information.

Prize description
You can win two Apple iPad 10 (9th generation) and three vouchers for the Schott Music online shop, each worth €100.
The winners will be notified directly by e-mail after the prize draw and asked to send their contact address by private message. In this e-mail, the winners will be asked to provide Schott with their real name and address for the purpose of sending the prize. If a winner does not contact Schott by 15.08.2022 at 23:59, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will lose his/her right to have the prize sent to him/her.
Only one prize per participant is possible and cannot be paid out in cash as an alternative. Any entitlement to a prize is non-transferable to other persons. Schott shall be released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. Schott is only liable for material defects and defects of title in the event of intent or gross negligence.

Early termination of the prize draw
Schott Music reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice. Schott will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the prize draw cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination was caused by the behaviour of a participant, Schott may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

Applicable law; severability clause; exclusion of legal recourse; right of amendment
These Terms and Conditions and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Schott shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should any provision of the Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any incomplete or invalid provision shall be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found which, in economic terms, comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or incomplete provision.

The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook/Instagram, but Schott. Any questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be addressed to Facebook/Instagram, but to Schott. No claims of any kind against Facebook/Instagram will arise from entering the prize draw.
