Christian Brückner, born 1943 in Waldenburg, Germany (now Wałbrzych, Poland). Studied journalism, theater arts and German language and literature; soon hired for voice roles in radio and film. The “German voice” of Robert De Niro since 1976. Radio plays, feature films and readings since 1970. Voice dubbing for Alain Delon, Marlon Brando, Harvey Keitel and others. Adolf-Grimme-Preis, 1990; founder of audiobook publishing house parlando. Music projects (Brückner Beat with the Lone World Trio, Brückner Bukowski with Yakou Tribe) and numerous audiobooks.
