Description

"Fever": To a complex sound composition by the German composer and jazz musician Michael Riessler, the English dancer, actor, writer and cho-reographer Nigel Charnock interprets some of William Shakespeare’s sonnets in perma-nent excessive movement. In "Ji-Virus", a jingle is exposed to the voracity of killer viruses. Thus, the motif changes so much that there continually develop new meanings. At the same time the viruses destroy the pre-ceding information and produce new ones.
The recordings were produced in the "Studio of Acoustic Art" of the West German Radio Station (WDR) by Klaus Schoning.
