Description

A subtle, understated piece that deliberately shows restraint in its dynamic range whilst at the same time taking characteristics and tuning of the viol consort, the combination for which the piece was originally written.

The first performance featured in the ballet 'Writings on Water' at the Teatro Malibran, Venice, Italy on 15 March 2002.
