Problems with the registration process

During registration the program claims the serial number to be unvalid or not corresponding to your personal data.

The source of this problem is usually faulty entry of data into the registration script. Please do following steps:
Please download the service pack and install it to your system.

Shouldn't this resolve your problems, please try the following:

Deinstall the complete CKM programm from your system by selecting it using Start/settings/system configuration/software

Reinstall the software again. Please don't use hyphens in the serial number and use the string "private" for the company field. Please add the missing data in the registration form after installation. In any case don't overwrite the field with the serial number.

The Prerequisite to a registration is the registration code. This code is not shipped with the cdrom. It has to be ordered with the included post card or by online registration on our website (if you're reading you probably already know)
